SpectraClear Canada is the Canadian Distributor of Ultra UV systems.  At SpectraClear, our mission is to make your pools and spas safer, economical, and environmentally friendly.

Our innovations represent technologies that are making huge inroads in the swimming pool industry.  For many years, pool and spa sanitization market was dominated by small local companies selling thousands of dollars of chlorine and chemicals to unsuspecting consumers.  SpectraClear is breaking the chemical dependant cycle, one customer at a time.

About our name

Where did the name SpecraClear come from?  It was derived from the word spectrum.  The spectrum of ultraviolet light that was discovered in 1801 by German physicist Johann Ritter.  By the way, ultraviolet means “beyond violet” (from Latin ultra, “beyond”), violet being the shortest wavelengths of visible light.
